Vancouver Island Real Estate - Good News for Sellers
The Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB) has released the July market stats and delivered good news for sellers. Overall, real estate on Vancouver Island has increased an average of 12% since July 2017. Notable increases include Campbell River by 18%, Port Alberni by 16%, Parksville / Qualicum by 14%, and Comox Valley by 13%.
